We're looking for a hands-on leader to oversee the success of our venue-based operations—from staffing and inventory to client satisfaction and event execution. What You’ll Do:

As the On Premise Operations Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our on-premise venues. You’ll lead front- and back-of-house teams, manage logistics and inventory, and ensure every day's operations and every special event runs smoothly—delivering exceptional service that lives up to the Peak Beverage name.

• Lead, coach, and schedule hourly and seasonal staff
• Oversee inventory and product procurement at all venues
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to execute seamless events
• Manage P&L for each location and optimize for profitability
• Conduct audits, site visits, and team meetings to ensure high performance
• Be on-site for major events to ensure everything runs like clockwork

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in operations or event management (hospitality or catering experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of bar operations and event logisticsExperience managing hourly and seasonal teams
• Pro at multitasking, problem-solving, and client communication
• Comfortable with scheduling, POS, and inventory systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work long event days
• Alcohol Safety Certified (ABT Only, No TIPS brand accepted)
• Food Handlers Certified
